Our Criteria
We have very simple criteria for the types of firms we look to purchase:
- Greater than $1.5 million EBITDA
- Substantial share of revenue is recurring or has the potential to be
- Healthy mix of sales to other businesses or government
- Identifiable pathway to continued growth
- Gross profit margin greater than 25%
- History of ethical business operations
- Stable, non-cyclical performer

Our Approach
We provide deal certainty and timely closure for business owners
Griot utilizes its prior transaction experience to collaborate with sellers and efficiently process transactions:
- Evaluate high level information provided by the seller and provide an indication of interest [3 days]
- Have introductory conversation with seller, sign NDA and submit data request [2 days]
- Assess confidential information and provide a detailed letter of intent [7 days]
- Conduct due diligence, finalize definitive deal documentation and close [30 to 45 days]
